The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Return Policy

• We accept returns for exchange or store credit only (less shipping costs unless item is defective or the wrong item was shipped) up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.  Items must be returned in "new, unaltered and unused condition"

  If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped from us qualify for replacement, cash refund or store credit (including shipping costs). Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt.

  ***Special note on furniture – Due to the fact that we can not control customer assembly errors, we can not accept returns on furniture if the screw packet has been opened. Please confirm that your product has all pieces and all pieces are undamaged prior to beginning assembly.
